Supply Chain Assessment


Managing the supply chain flow of material and information between consumers and suppliers is a key success factor for many businesses.  Prior to investing in or acquiring a company that has distribution and logistics operations, our PE clients rely on NanoPhrades to conduct a thorough due diligence supply chain maturity assessment.  We utilize the Supply Chain Maturity Model (SCMM) assessment covering more than 100 distinct business processes in ten process areas.  We use this assessment tool to derive quantitative scores from qualitative information about various business processes.  The score provides the maturity level of the organization for the processes assessed.  This tool also helps identify areas of opportunity in which companies can focus their time and efforts to improve overall business performance.
